Terms of Use for Roundify

1. Use of the App

Roundify allows users to edit photos by adding rounded corners, frames, and resizing images.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

Roundify may offer the following optional paid features:

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription
• One-time lifetime purchase

All purchases are optional and not required to use the basic features of the App.

Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store using your Apple ID account.

We do not collect or store your payment information.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account Settings after purchase.

4. Lifetime Purchase

A lifetime purchase provides access to premium features for the duration of the App’s availability.

This purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically.

5. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

• Any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

6. Restore Purchases

You can restore previous purchases using the restore function inside the App.

7. Advertising

The free version of the App may include advertisements provided by third-party services.

Purchasing premium features may remove advertisements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software in the App are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
